about us

who are we?

Raphaela Maria Fritz

Raphaela is a researcher and coach who fosters compassion, emotional well-being, and more caring ways of working. Through her practice, she supports individuals, teams, and organisations in cultivating compassionate leadership, strengthening relational capacities, and creating spaces where emotions can be acknowledged, processed, and integrated into everyday work.

In her coaching and organisational work, she offers one-to-one coaching, team facilitation, and workshops on compassion, emotional awareness, and building healthier, more human-centred workplaces. Her approach is relational, research-informed, and grounded in the insight that people flourish when they feel seen, supported, and able to bring their whole selves to work—an approach shown to strengthen trust, psychological safety, performance, and innovation across teams and organisations.

Alongside this, she conducts research on compassion at work at the University of Witten/Herdecke, where she explores how compassion and emotions shape meaningful and sustainable change. This work enriches her practice by helping translate insight into practical, human-supportive action.

Raphaela loves to work with people who want to lead with greater humanity, navigate complexity with clarity, and cultivate workplaces where purpose and well-being strengthen one another.

Ezekiel Robert Kayeji

Eze is a dance teacher, movement trainer, and certified fitness trainer (Trainer B Licence) dedicated to fostering physical flourishing and well-being in workplaces and communities. His work is grounded in the belief that movement is not only good for the body but strengthens resilience, joy, and connection, allowing people to show up more fully in their lives and work.

Growing up in Tanzania, Eze experienced early on how challenging life can be, and how essential it is to have spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and rediscover a sense of hope and strength. Dance became his way of healing, expressing, and growing and today he shares that gift with others through accessible, joyful, and empowering movement sessions.

Eze offers dance classes, personal training, and workplace well-being sessions for organisations, teams, and individuals. His approach combines Afro dance, functional movement, and mindful physical training to help people build confidence, reduce stress, improve energy, and reconnect with joy. Whether in organisations, schools, NGOs, or community groups, his sessions support people in becoming healthier, more grounded, and more resilient.

Eze’s sessions are inclusive, uplifting, and tailored to the needs of each group. His intention is simple yet powerful: to support people in moving through life’s challenges with strength, joy, and resilience and to bring more well-being into the places where we learn, work, and live.

As such, Eze and Raphaela work complementary: while Raphaela focuses on the emotional and relational aspects of flourishing at work, Ezekiel strengthens the physical side of well-being by helping people feel energised, embodied, and alive.

Together, these two perspectives create a holistic invitation for organisations to cultivate environments where people can truly thrive.
